Your privacy is important to us and to better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices.  Our privacy policy applies to information collected at the Site unless you and Affiliated Payroll have entered into a written or electronic agreement that provides other terms. It does not apply to information that we may collect by other means. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage. If you choose to provide us with personal information, like filling out a Request for Quote form with e-mail and/or postal addresses, we only use that information to respond to your message or request.  When filling out a Request for Quote Form you must provide an e-mail address or telephone number for a response other than those generated automatically in response to questions or comments that you may submit.  We recommend that you not include any other personal information, especially Social Security numbers.

 

Affiliated Payroll does not collect or sell personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. We have instituted security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of confidential customer information under our control. In connection with performing payroll and HR services, we are required to disclose certain information to governmental taxing authorities in order to ensure that tax withholding deposits are credited properly. We also use client information to perform the services you contract with us to provide and to communicate with you. In certain circumstances, we may also be required to disclose confidential client information to law enforcement or government officials in response to a court order or a subpoena.  We will permit only authorized personnel, who are trained in the proper handling of client information, to have access to personally identifiable client information.  We will attempt to keep client files complete, up-to-date, and accurate. We inform our clients of how to conveniently access their information, except when we’re prohibited by law, as well as the best way to notify us about errors, which we will promptly correct.

 

Included on the Affiliated Payroll web site are links to other web sites. This Privacy Statement applies only to information collected by Affiliated Payroll for use in providing our services and we encourage our clients to read the privacy statements of each website they visit.
